Lacey has a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from Utah Valley State College. She has 12 years of business experience, with 8 years in the collection industry. Lacey has excelled in the collection industry in all it's aspects. Working her way up from a Collector, Client Services Representative, Operations Manager, Collection Manager, Law Office Manger and now is the Vice President & General Manager of EPN Incorporated, doing business as E Partner Net and Checknet.
She is an active representative of the Utah Collectors Association and has received many certifications from the American Collectors Association in both First and Third Party Collections. Lacey is a member of many distinguished organizations including the Utah Attorney General's Office Fraud and Identify Theft Prevention Task Force and also the Department of Workforce Services Mountainland Region Employers Council. Lacey is often a requested speaker for government and merchant based organizations. Lacey is currently planning to attend Law School in the fall of 2008 and has applied at BYU and the University of Utah.
In her spare time, Lacey enjoys time with her two daughters and husband. As a family they spend much time boating, camping, hunting, and riding horses. Lacey has excelled in the sport of rodeo and hopes her daughters will enjoy the sport as much as she has.
