Alan Boyer was born in England in 1959. He moved to Utah in 1998 to hold a senior executive position with a leading electronics equipment manufacturer.

Having spent many years working at all levels of international business, Alan entered the financial services industry to work with individuals and small businesses. At the end of 2008 he relinquished his financial licenses in order to pursue other business avenues and to this end, he holds various CEO positions in a number of industries.
